Whether in the savage wilds or in enormous urban sprawls, virtually every quest will bring adventurers into contact with other humanoids.
Remember that you can easily customize an NPC stat block by giving it unique lineage features, BOP ranks, and/or specialization talents as though it were a level 1 PC. Giving an NPC a talent will increase its danger in combat.
