Tyrannosaurus Rex

[Back to creatures]

The dreaded tyrannosaurus rex is a vicious carnivorous dinosaur with a mouthful of enormous teeth and a roar to back it up. Its hulking bipedal form stands between fifteen and twenty feet tall, and its head is as large as a full-grown human. However, it has tiny front arms with only two digits on each front hand. This, along with its poor eyesight and propensity to only chase things that visibly move, allows skillful hunters and dinosaur wranglers to outmaneuver the tyrannosaurus in combat so long as the humanoids make no mistakes. Some have observed that the tyrannosaurus will use its terrifying roar to chase off other predators after they make a kill, leaving the tyrannosaurus to gorge on the fresh carcass uncontested.
