[Back to creatures]

Bogwallowers lurk in swamps, marshes, and dank forest floors. When unsuspecting animals approach a muddy bank of water where a Bogwallower is hiding, it will ambush them, smothering and suffocating the creature. Bogwallowers can subsist through photosynthesis, but they get most of their nutrients through preying on animals that stumble into their grasp.
