Stegosaurus
Stegosauruses are quadrupedal, herbivorous dinosaurs that live in family units not quite large enough to be considered a proper herd. They can grow quite large, and broad, spade-shaped spines on their backs coupled with their spiky tails make them difficult to kill. Many carnivorous creatures will only attack a stegosaurus when it is isolated from its family. The stegosaurus’s agreeable disposition makes it a popular mount, and it was the first dinosaur to be domesticated.
