| Spell Description
|
| Make a magic attack against the FORT of all creatures within a 20 ft radius of a point that you choose within range. Creatures take 4d10 radiant damage if you hit, and take 1⁄2 damage if you miss. Additionally, if you hit, a creature is Blinded until the end of its next turn.
