Tothlalug

Tothlalugs are unusual creatures that hail from the eldritch realm of the Pale. They are bright green creatures that have several tentacles at birth and grow more tentacles the older they get.

Features
Psychic Oppression. When a creature begins its turn within 20 ft of the Tothlalug, the Tothlalug can automatically attack it: +4 vs WILL. Hit: Target takes 3 (1d6) Psychic damage. Element Absorption. After the Tothlalug takes a type of Elemental damage, it becomes immune to that type until the start of its next turn.
Actions
The Tothalug can take THREE of the following actions, or take the same action three times.
Move. The Tothlalug moves up to its speed. Tentacle Lash. Reach 15 ft Natural Weapon. +4 vs AR. Hit: 9 (1d10+4) blunt.
OR the Tothalug can MOVE and take the following action.
Psychic Scream. 30 ft Radius Natural Weapon. +4 vs WILL of all creatures in the radius. Hit: 13 (2d8+4) psychic and target is Shaken until the end of the Tothlalug’s next turn.
Reactions
Writhing Tentacles (1/Round). The Tothlalug can make a reactive Tentacle Lash attack against a creature that moves into its reach.
