[Back to creatures]

The dreadful Basilisk is a terrifying lizard with gray or green scales, curved black claws, and glowing eyes that can cause creatures to drop dead if they make eye contact. A Basilisk’s diet consists primarily of meat that it dissolves with its acidic saliva. They often dwell in abandoned mines or ancient ruins, preying on unsuspecting treasure hunters.
