You can spend 1 charge and 3 AP to make a special attack. Make a DEX attack against a living target’s WILL. On a hit, the target is Paralyzed. Creatures paralyzed by the Basilisk’s Fang may make a DC 15 END check at the start of each of their turns for the next 10 minutes to end this condition. If they do not succeed during this time, the effects become permanent until they are restored via Greater Restoration or similar magic.
