A young angel without much [[divine]] experience might aspire to be an Emissary. In [[order]] to become one, they must first spend time as a Romarael - a guardian angel. Romaraels are assigned by the Celestial Council to [[guard]] specific people or things from harm for a set amount of time. After completing seven assignments successfully, a Romarael is promoted to become an Emissary if it still wishes. Many Romaraels, however, enjoy the work so much that they retain their status as divine protectors in perpetuity. | |||
