This cloak appears to be nothing more than tattered, foul- smelling rags infested with all manner of insects. The cloak has 1 charge, and regains its charge daily at dusk. You may spend 2 AP and 1 charge to summon 1d4 Swarms of Insects. These swarms appear in unoccupied spaces within 5 ft of you and go immediately after you in Initiative. They follow your mental commands and last for 10 minutes or until reduced to 0 HP, whereupon they dissipate.
