This small, hand-carved whistle appears to be made of ivory. When blown, a trail of smoke exits the whistle and takes the form of a black horse. This horse has the Draft Horse stat block, obeys the mental commands of the wielder, and lasts for up to 24 hours until dismissed or until reaching 0 HP. Once this whistle has been activated, it cannot be activated again for three days.
