Girdle of the Wolf

This simple belt is made from gray wolf fur. You gain +2 to melee attack rolls if you have an ally within 5 ft of your target. Additionally, you may spend 4 AP to transform into a Wolf. While transformed, you use your own HP, INT, and CHA, but otherwise use the stat block of a wolf with +2 to its DEX. As a wolf, you may spend your whole turn to transform back into your original form.
