This scroll is made from very fine parchment and bears a large circle of arcane sigils. While equipped, and if the Spell Thief’s Scroll is empty, you may spend 2 Reactive AP when you are hit by a spell that has no other targets. You cancel that spell’s effect and store the spell. You may cast that spell one time without spending SP; you cannot upcharge it. The spell is then removed from the scroll. Only one spell may be stored in the Spell Thief’s Scroll at a time.
