This round wooden shield is painted with a highly detailed sun motif. The Sunburst Shield has 3 charges and regains 1 charge daily at dawn. You may spend 1 charge and 2 AP to activate the shield. Make a special attack: +CHA vs the WILL of all creatures in a 10 ft cone. Hit: Those creatures gain the Blinded condition until the end of their next turn.
