This cloud leather whip has a large feather attached to the handle and emits a faint static charge to the touch. When you make an attack with this weapon, you can spend 2 additional AP to make a second attack: DEX vs REF. Hit: Target becomes Grappled (escape DC 15) if it is Medium or smaller.

While a target is grappled, Lightning Lash may not be used to make melee attacks, but you may spend 1 AP to deal 1d6+2 Lightning damage to the grappled target. You may only do this to a target once on each of your turns.
