Hit: Target is Paralyzed. Creatures paralyzed by the Basilisk’s Fang may make a DC15 CHA check at the start of each of their turns for the next 10 minutes to end this condition. If they do not succeed during this time, the effects become permanent until they are restored via Greater Restoration or similar magic.
