Spell Description
Dispel Circle
Arcane Spell, Altering
APC: 1
SPC: Special
Range: Touch
Requires: Gesture, Verbal
Duration: Instantaneous
You may attempt to dispel a circle that you touch. If the circle’s caster is not in the circle, then you may dispel the circle by spending a number of SP equal to 1⁄2 the SPC of the circle. If the circle’s caster is in the circle, make a magic attack against the caster’s WILL. If you succeed, you may dispel the circle by spending the appropriate number of SP (as above). If you fail, then you still spend your AP, but do not expend any SP. If it is your circle, this costs 1 SP.
