Make a magic attack against the FORT of a creature that you touch. The creature takes 2d12 Necrotic damage on a hit. On a miss, the creature takes no damage and you do not expend your SP. If you crit, the creature gains Fatigue; if you crit fail, then you gain Fatigue.
