Requirements: Gesture, Visual, Line of Sight
Duration: 10 minutes
Choose a point within range and make a magic attack
against the WILL of each creature within a 20 ft radius of that point. If you hit, a creature becomes Frightened of you for 10 minutes and gains a Phobia (roll 1d10 on the Phobia Table in the Creeping Fear spell). If you miss, a creature becomes Frightened of you for 1 minute and does not gain a Phobia.
Upcharge: If you spend 12 additional SP when you cast this spell, roll 2d20 and use whichever is higher when making your magic attack.
