|Make a magic attack vs the LOG of one creature of your choice within range. On a hit, that creature’s mouth is stitched together with its own flesh, and the creature becomes unable to verbalize for the duration. If any creature attempts to dispel this magical effect using the Arcane or Divine Source, they must roll 2d20 and use whichever is lower. If they cannot overcome your WILL, then the spell is not dispelled and the contesting caster still expends their SP.
