You must meditate for 1 week to cast this Spell, touching the same creature (which can be yourself) for the duration. At the end of this time, that creature permanently removes one point from their STR, DEX, or END to add one point to a different Physical Attribute. This can exceed the creature’s Attribute Cap.

For 1 week after you cast this Spell, you suffer the Shaken condition. You cannot cast this spell again while Shaken as a result of casting this Spell..
