| Choose a point within range. A 10 ft radius circle blazes into existence, causing visible, temporary runes to glow on the ground along its circumference. For the duration, creatures within the circle can spend 1 fewer AP to perform actions (min 1 AP per action). Whenever a creature exits the circle, they lose all remaining AP and their turn ends.
Creatures that do not use AP gain one additional Tier 1 action, and when they exit the circle, they lose all remaining actions and their turn ends. |
