| Touch one creature for the duration of casting this invocation. This cannot be you. When you complete the invocation, the creature takes 3d10 psychic damage. If this is an NPC, then the MC will replace 1d4 of their stat block features with features from other generic NPC stat blocks, such as the Bandit’s Blend in Terrain feature.
If the creature has talents, roll 1d4; the target creature must reassign that many talent points. |
