Summon Eyesquito

Primal Spell, Summoning, Conjuring 2, Extrinsic, Nature
APC: 12
SPC: 60
Range: 200 ft
Requires: Gesture, Visual, Line of Sight
Duration: Instantaneous
Spell Description
When you finish Conjuring this spell, if the target creature is still in range and the spell’s requirements are still met, make a magic attack against their ANT. On a hit, one of the creature’s eyes bulges and bursts forth, having turned into an Eyesquito. The creature suffers from the Gouged Eye lingering injury. The Eyesquito takes its Initiative immediately after you and follows your mental commands for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, the Eyesquito becomes autonomous and flies away. On a miss, the creature is Blinded for 1 minute but suffers no other effects. It may end this condition early if it succeeds on an AWR check against a DC of 10 + your magic attribute, which it may make by spending 1 AP or 1 creature action.
