| Make a magic attack against the FORT of each creature in the cone. On a hit, deal 2d10 blunt and 2d10 fire damage and the creature falls Prone. On a miss, 1⁄2 damage. This deals double damage to inanimate objects and structures and ignores their DT. The area becomes Difficult Terrain indefinitely.
For the duration, you may spend 1 AP to make a magic attack against the REF of any creature in the area. On a hit, deal 1d4 fire damage. |
