| Spell Description
|
| Make a magic attack against a creature’s LOG. If you hit, they are overcome with incomprehensible ramblings for the extent of the curse. Any time that creature attempts to use magic with a verbal requirement, they must first make a magic roll against a DC of 10 + your magic attribute. If they succeed, they can cast the spell; if they fail, they do not cast the spell. They still lose the AP, but not the SP, that went into attempting to cast that spell.
