This slick black cloak has a warm, fur-lined interior and an oily, multicolored sheen on the exterior.

When you take fire damage, you may expend 1 Reactive AP to negate all of that damage. The cloak’s exterior then bursts into flames for the next 10 minutes or until you end the effects by spending 2 AP on your turn to snuff them out. For the duration gain Immune Fire and deal +1d6 fire damage to your melee attacks. Additionally, when another creature makes a melee attack against you or Grapples you during the duration, they take 2d6 fire damage. You may use this 1/Rest.
