The "Enchantments active on your Masterwork at onetime" number/formula seem to be reversed for "Breakthrough" and "Breakthrough II". The first one limits the amount to 1/2 your INT, while the second limits it to simply 2. As this is a reduction, I believe they have been mistakenly swapped.
