Make a magic attack against a creature’s WILL. On a hit, that creature is Charmed until the end of your next turn. While Charmed in this way, the creature cannot use AP to move. This chant ends early if Line of Effect is interrupted.

This chant gets stronger when you have higher Occult Power:

Occult Power 4: +20 ft range.

Occult Power 7: While Charmed in this way, the creature is also Shaken.
