Spell Description
Dispel Circle
Arcane Spell, Altering
APC: 1
SPC: Special
Range: Touch
Requires: Gesture, Verbal
Duration: Instantaneous
You may attempt to dispel a circle that you touch. If the circle’s caster is not in the circle, then you may dispel the circle by spending a number of SP equal to 1⁄2 the SPC of the circle. If the circle’s caster is in the circle, make a magic attack against the caster’s WILL. On a hit, you may dispel the circle by spending the appropriate number of SP (as above). On a miss, then you still spend your AP, but do not expend any SP. If it is your circle, this costs 1 SP.
