Casting this ritual requires you to be interacting with a target creature in a meaningful way, such as talking with them, dancing with them, or giving a public performance that they are watching. When you complete the ritual, make a magic attack against that creature’s WILL. On a hit, that creature is Enthralled by you for the duration. They are aware that they were magically influenced both during and after the extent of the charm.
