Crawling Vine: Difference between revisions

Immediately when you finish conjuring this spell, a Medium sized vine appears within range in an unoccupied space on the ground and attacks one creature of your choice within 10 ft of the vine, targeting their REF. Use your magic attack modifier for this attack. On a hit, the creature takes 2d6 blunt damage. On a crit, the creature also falls Prone.

Alternatively, you may choose to have the vine Grapple a creature instead of damaging it if you hit. The vine cannot Grapple more than one creature at a time, and while Grappling a creature it can only attack that creature.

For the duration, you may spend 1 AP to move the vine up to 20 ft in any direction. For the duration, you may spend 2 AP to make the vine make another attack against any creature within 10 ft of it, dealing the same damage as your initial attack.
