Coast Elf
Coast Elves generally value freedom and self-expression above responsibility to any stagnant authority. They can be found throughout most coastal cultures, quickly joining shipping crews and leaving them for new crews just as suddenly. Elven navigators are some of the sharpest, bravest, and most perceptive aboard shipping crews, and crews led by these intrepid elves are often responsible for discovering new island chains or coastal landmarks.
Elves from the coast or a major riverbank gain the following three features at 1st level.

| Sea Legs | Your REF increases by +1. |
| Life Oath | Life-Oath. You choose one creature as the target of your life-oath. You and the target gain +1 AR while within 30ft of each other. This ability can only be used once. |
| Ocean Dweller | Gain +6 Skill Points that you can spend on the following skills. You cannot put more than +4 points into a single skill using this feature.
