Make a magic attack against a creature’s LOG. If you hit, they are overcome with incomprehensible ramblings for the extent of the curse. Any time that creature attempts to use magic with a Verbal requirement, they must first make a spellcasting roll against a DC of 10 + your magic attribute. If they succeed, they can cast the spell; if they fail, they do not cast the spell. They still lose the AP, but not the SP, that went into attempting to cast that spell.
Dark Power: If you miss the target creature and roll 5 or lower, you hit yourself with this spell instead.
