Echoing Echelon

Echoing Echelons are mystical birds with dark purple feathers and razor sharp beaks. Their feathers are the main component of an array of magical items, and due to how simple the enchantments to create such items are, these mystical birds are fervently hunted by those willing to give those enchantments a try. These hunts have caused their numbers to dwindle over the past decades, and whereas they used to be relatively calm around humanoids, they are now wary of them and will not hesitate to attack if they feel threatened.

Features
Divebomb. If the Echoing Echelon moves at least 20 ft straight down before making a Beak attack, then on a hit the creature also falls Prone and the Echoing Echelon may make another Beak attack for free.

On each of the Echoing Echelon’s turns, it may take one of the following sets of actions. Move and take one Tier 1 action.
Tier 1 Actions
Move. The Echoing Echelon moves up to its speed. Beak. Reach 5 ft Natural Weapon. +2 vs AR. Hit: 5 (1d6+2) sharp. Mind Pierce. The Echoing Echelon’s eyes glow purple as it drives a psionic blade into a target’s mind. Reach 30 ft Natural Weapon. +3 vs AR. Hit: 8 (2d4+3) psychic. Death Glare. The Echoing Echelon stares menacingly at a target. Reach 30 ft Natural Weapon. +3 vs WILL. Hit: The creature is Demoralized and Frightened until the end of their next turn.
Reactions
Deflect Charm (1/Round, Recharge 4). When a creature attempts to charm the Echoing Echelon, it may instead send that charm to a different creature it can see within 30 ft. That creature must then make a DC 13 CHA check, suffering the effects of the Charm on a failure.
