Fiends of Sanguineth

Sanguineth houses a brutal, sweltering jungle known as Ogshora, which both grows and decays at an unnerving pace. None can take the same path between strongholds multiple times, as the jungle changes too rapidly for roads to be established. Within Ogshora, rivers of blood flow between fleshy tumorous growths vaguely reminiscent of mangroves. The fiends of this domain relish in emotion, be it rage, envy, or lust, and do little to curb their voracious desires besides indulge in horrific excess as they hunt through the claustrophobic foliage, which can be just as deadly as the fiends themselves.

The embodiment of endless gluttony, the Kab’Thurox appears as a blue-skinned ogre whose head is blended with its torso. Its stomach contains a massive maw filled with rows of razor-sharp fangs

Endless Hunger. The Kab’Thurox can digest any material, both magical and mundane. Bottomless Stomach. The Kab’Thurox can restrain any number of Large or smaller creatures with its Consume action. Efficient Digestion. Whenever the Kab’Thurox deals corrosive damage with its Consume ability, it regains HP equal to the damage it dealt.

Move. The Kab’Thurox can move up to its speed. Pummel. Reach 10 ft Natural Weapon. +8 vs AR. Hit: 12 (1d8+8) blunt. If the attack exceeds the target’s AR by 5 or more, it becomes Staggered until the end of its next turn.
OR the Kab'Thurox can take TWO of the following actions, or the same action twice…
Move. The Kab’Thurox can move up to its speed. Pummel. Reach 10 ft Natural Weapon. +8 vs AR. Hit: 12 (1d8+8) blunt. If the attack exceeds the target’s AR by 5 or more, it becomes Staggered until the end of its next turn.

Boulder Toss. Ranged 30 ft Natural Weapon. +6 vs REF. Hit: 18 (2d10+8) blunt. Consume. Reach 5 ft Natural Weapon. +6 vs REF. Hit: 18 (2d12+6) sharp and the creature is Swallowed if it is Large or smaller. Creatures swallowed in this way are Blinded and Restrained. Swallowed targets take 13 (2d12) corrosive at the start of their turn
