Spell Description
Make a magic attack against a creature’s LOG. If you hit, they are overcome with incomprehensible ramblings for the extent of the curse. Any time that creature attempts to use magic with a verbal requirement, they must first make a magic roll against a DC of 10 + your magic attribute. If they succeed, they can cast the spell; if they fail, they do not cast the spell. They still lose the AP, but not the SP, that went into attempting to cast that spell.
Dark Power
If you miss the target creature and roll 5 or lower, you hit yourself with this spell instead.
